The water pressure and temperature is SO BAD and they won’t do anything to change it. You share water with your neighbors, so their use affects yours. My apartment has spiders, ants, and centipede type things that come in through the foundation at the exterior wall. There are very few lights, so I needed to buy a bunch of lamps.

When I'm coming in for my mail, they know as soon as I walk in and have it ready for me. They're helpful with answering questions and always having my requests for maintenance quickly completed. I've lived here for a little over a year now and have had no complaints. Apartments have flooding issues window issues, unreasonable or explainable utilities. Management and staff have changed several times in two years! I would never recommend this to a friend or an enemy that is now bad this place is.

Maintenance claimed “it wasn’t an emergency” and did nothing about it. Any problem your call for and nobody does anything until it’s the 5th time you ask. There’s holes in the building, the role on vinyl floor looks terrible.The list goes on.
I have had packages stolen a number of times. Food delivery services can never find your apartment, and mail services do not go to your specific unit ever. My unit’s heat was at only 65 degrees (so cold!) and my bill was over $400 for a ONE BEDROOM!!!!!
Don't move here if you ever expect to get your security deposit back. Moved out a year ago, have called multiple times, and they still haven't gotten me my deposit refund.
